I'm very similar with my main silver holdings (average buy £11) and may do the same, although I didn't last August. -

Bullionvault has proven to be very effective regarding this 'Silver squeeze' situation. Previously I have only used it to hold as a hedge and not for any short term trading. On Thursday morning I bought 80kg and sold this morning. May have called it too early but completely happy with 13% up (after fees) in just under 96 hours, generally I am not one to look back except for learning. My main conclusion is that Bullionvault has been incredibly efficient and convenient when used in a trading context. -

Maybe. I agree, it is interesting and there is a case for it staying here. Conversely, there is a solid case for the discussion to be placed in Shares Trading section, or in maybe even in the related Gamespot thread! Generally, we are all accustomed to filtering out noise, be it on this thread or in general life. Let's face it, given this week's market conditions it could be argued that WSB/Reddit content provides a little 'noise variety' from the obligatory price down/stock dumping bleating. -

Great to hear this, I believe crypto is essential to a diversified portfolio. Loving how a 'moment' last week has been channeled into progressing into crypto. Respect. -

Harley, RELEASE THE EVIL!! Thanks for this post, I agree/empathise on all counts. -
I have taken some time to investigate and clarify the above situation this morning: 1) I spoke to HSBC directly and extensively. Neither customer services, the global centre, the management team or the investment team have any knowledge (or internal documentation) of any restrictions regarding transfers between HSBC bank accounts and crypto exhanges as mentioned in the original Times article or the subsequent Coinjournal article. The Premier Account adviser covered the recent FCA ban on crypto derivatives and current policies regarding credit/debit cards and crypto exchanges but catego
