London Bridge isn't feeling very well

Recommended Posts

Times are in turmoil

I'd be prepared to believe a lot of things.

Especially after Donald visited and had some private conversations with them.

There was even a rumor, now gone away, that either the queen or Philip was dead and they were keeping them on ice like they did with GHB, to distract from an unwanted news cycle. Not heard much out of this so giving it less credibility now.

Straightforwardly, if you are 90 odd whatever she is then surely it makes sense to pack it in and hand over to someone younger.

Anything to the rumour that Her Majesty is getting ready to make Charles regent*?

[* if not actually abdicating -- details details...]

I doubt it. I wonder whether she trusts him at all - especially now. To hand over to him at this point would be unforgiveable. It would be like a bloke being in the army for 19 years and resigning the day before war breaks out.

But then she is very old albeit an incredibly well looked after elderly person. We have no idea what toll her age is taking on her. Plus people can just go downhil rapidly at these times. Where is Stavros? Is he up and about chasing birds with his big gun or has he disappeared from public life?

Stavros 😂😂😂

IMO the queen will hang on to her role until she is completely unable to “wing” it anymore.

When the queen dies the monarchy will, my opinion, be intensely scrutinised regarding.....is this what we want, are they worth it, how much should taxpayers pay for the royal family etc.

It will carry on because there are too many vested interests / sychopants who benefit from it. But I suspect that Charlie will do one thing after another eog-wise that will destroy it in short order. I think there will be a crisis with demands for William to take over. It would not surprise me if, within 12 months of taking the throne, Charlie is broadcast live on the So-Called BBC in full imman white robes and turban praying in a mosque.

As a gardening fan I've always wanted to visit Highgrove where he lives, after all I'm paying for  a tiny percentage of the upkeep as a taxpayer. There's a waiting list, and if you're picked from the lucky few you then have to have your background checked, and if you pass that then you get to walk around his garden for a few hours. Although you'll have to walk through security scanners and have your mobile phone confiscated first. All this just to visit a garden that he barely uses, compare and contrast to visiting Bham Palace which  many so every day.  Talk about sense of own importance...

Charles I suspect has mental health issues that have been covered up.

You need to be on the telly. Or a rich person.
