A HOSPITAL patient has blasted NHS food after ordering a ham salad she saw being given to Boris Johnson on TV - only to be given a “duff one”.

Shirley Maldini, 50, fancied the dish after seeing the PM on the TV news serve one to a patient at Torbay Hospital in Devon.

What really irked her was the thought that someone else was getting her leftovers...

In fairness she obviously knows what a good salad should look like. She's had years of experience. You don't look like she does eating junk food all day.

It's that she has written that story, she has taken that selfie.

She is genuinely offended that her first ever salad doesn't look like the picture she saw.

This is taking lack of self-awareness to a new dimension.

Why would she even consider doing this let alone actually do it?

why are ill people being fed low calorie food

oh having seen her she'll be fine

Local primary school has NO fat yoghurts for dinner hall, not the option of NO or even LOW fat yoghurt, just the NO fat ones.

It's just wrong, and they're a bit watery and shite.

That is probably the most unexciting ham salad ever.

Bit of anaemic lettuce, a few slices of cucumber and some gammon slices. I'd be embarassed to serve that. O.o

Spunko the ram.
