I read it that the house is built slightly onto some land owned by somebody else.  I wasn't really concentrating as I know I would NEVER touch something like that.  Id  much rather buy a house that was totally knackered,  because  at least I'd know what I faced rather than a possible for ever legal battle making only lawyers rich and the house unsellable.

It does seem very cheap though, but it's on an A Road and with no front garden so I'll pass even at that price... :CryBaby:
