Property BMV out in force - it must be a 2020 recession! Letter through the door

Had this come through the door. A few houses also gone up for sale, nothing shifting.

It must be a good time for buyers right now. We've had some big shops go bust (Beales, Debenhams, Mothercare, Knight and Lee), a hotel close, and some smaller businesses like a book makers, and a launderette all go by the by.

I believe their modus of operandi is to offer 25% below BMV and if you cast a net out wide enough, you get some distressed sellers. Although this company may also be a referral service for investors (for a fee?) who can't be bothered to leaflet drop, go to auction or knock on doors.

This leads to a recent video released less than 3 weeks ago. It's time to get the cogs turning.

Ethical?

Is that another spelling of moron?

Feel good about being a landlord. I guess they have taken virtue signalling into property investment.

Lol what next?

Vegan Homes for Landlords?
