Also:

The deification of dogs.

The overwhelming urge to climb soggy mountains in the Lakes in the pissing rain to eat a soggy marmite sandwich at the top in a gale. (Guilty)

Fly fishing

Hunting traditions and conduct

Firearms (although America took the torch, we developed a lot of advances often from the aforementioned guys tinkering in their shed)

Certain dog breeds - cocker spaniels etc

Highland games

Joint stock companies - the idea that you cant be chased for a companies debt. In many countries it is like this on paper but people WILL get you. Culturally, we have accepted that businesses can fail (pre 2008 at least)

Whisky

Gin

Representative democracy

Workers rights without commies
