This was quite good in its day, I think it was recommended to me by Wight Flight actually. Shame really but could never make out their business plan.

Good memory. Yes, it was quite addictive. And then it wasn't.

Used to play this with my missus when it was presented by a mixed race woman called Sharon and sometimes some bloke called Beric

They also had a really tasty blonde woman occasionally. I think she was some commerical radio presenter.

I could never work out the business model either as it was a free app, free to play, no optional membership or anything, and no ads.

Simple, they were using the social media business model. Capture an audience then monetise it. They just failed to capture the audience before the seed money ran out.
