On BBC one now. All video conferencing.

Just wondering how mean they'll be about Boris.

Caught the tail end. Thought it all seemed a bit forced.

It's amusing hearing that they don't laugh at all the 'jokes.'

I saw 5 minutes of it last Friday with my eldest. Even she saw how wooden & scripted it appeared. And that Steph McGovern (?) hosting it is as unpleasant as taking a grater to my ballsack.

I wonder if, if Lockdown goes on for months, whether the concept of lots of people in a studio together will drop out of favour.

It might provide a boost to the sort of solo Youtube artist that has views rather different to the mainstream.

Something similar happened in WW2 - the war spelled the end of the big bands as many players were called up, and tastes changed towards soloists and small groups instead, which helped launch the rock and roll era.

All the brass instruments were melted for shells, and bassoons were repurposed as naval guns.

That bloke's a shit presenter.

Anyway, like BBC Question Time it just doesn't work in that format.
