yeast

I have a yellow tub of yeast. It's a bit old. I tried starting it last night for making bread and decided against it as it wasn't very bubbly after some time had passed. Anyway. This morning it was well frothy so have just thrown together some bread with it. Am making rolls. 

My chapatti loaf last night spread out quite a bit. Edible but flat. That was made with fast yeast sachet.
