I haven't even heard of any of the subsidiaries.

I would have gone for BASF, but they're a paltry 55.7bn

Blimey, just looked at 10Cent, never heard of them either - 7th biggest company in the world by market cap, biggest company in China. someone bunging 10k in in 2012 would now be a millionaire.
