I imagine everyone who looks at Twitter as a reliable news source could be described as gullible.

But it is. You might not like it, and 99% is just the opinions of Gobshites, but it reveals news we don't see on the mainstream channels.

Used as a sole source of news is retarded, just as it is for those that rely on the Sun, Daily Mail or Guardian.

The most bizarre thing about this is why, having hacked the twitter accounts of some of the worlds most famous and influential people, the only think they can think to do with it is blag a few grands worth of bitcoin - the takings from this were estimate to be like 10k or something, pocket change given the time and effort this hack must have taken.

Given they were doing it out of greed, how could they have made more? (asking for a friend)

1) buy the most highly leverage CFD shorts they could find.

2) Get bill gates elon musk (who they also hacked) et al to apparently make derisive comments about their own companies.

Potentially more rewarding but also riskier IMO, both in terms of the scheme not working or even generating a loss, and of getting caught.

That's a Twitter scam, not a bitcoin scam.

Well done, needs mentioning.

To hack Bitcoin itself would cost £Billions and for seconds for you to do whatever it you want to do once your in, and even then there is no certainty you could get in after huge cost
