I've found that a lot of the stuff that I want to watch (old TV shows 70s / 80s / 90s) is on Daily Motion although they seem to have very low numbers of views for some reason.  I find the site's functionality absolutely fine.

Is this a better alternative or do they not have the same contributor channels that you are after?

YouTube has begun to annoy me with its now routine stopping of a video after ten seconds (if I've cleared cookies which I do routinely) and asking me to create an account.

Most people moved over to Bitchute after the YouTube purges, people complained first about comments disappearing, and now this. Some have moved to worldtruthvideos, and there are others. It goes to show how important it is to download a copy, and upload to multiple sites.

I'll try to find a list of alternatives, sometimes the internet archive has things which have been deleted from elsewhere.

The thing is I now trust this guy who's channel has been banned from the UK more now they've done this.

Free speech matters SO much, and though I'm not an absolutist when it comes to free speech, I cannot stand this sort of censorship.

Didn't expect to see that, I thought BitChute had circumvented the jurisdictional problems. From a preliminary look, the UK banned ones are the more extreme anti Jewish ones, wonder if that was litigation threats from the ADL or suchlike  or direct threats UK gov / police? That'll be the wedge they need to break the whole thing, real shame if it is the beginning of the end of bitchute as they are getting it to run reliably and the content is improving all the time.

My recent Hammer House of Horror fest was a dailymotion presentation.

Probably the Soros-HopeNotHate Axis putting pressure on the UK Reasonable Authorities to threaten bitchute under the pretext of hate Speech laws.

Well, the (((ADL))) has already set its sights on bitchute

https://www.adl.org/blog/bitchute-a-hotbed-of-hate

And with bitchute being based in the UK, it cannot rely on the protection of constitutional freedom of speech afforded to sites based in the US. As such it will be done away with.

''Nothing should be off the table, does a site like Bitchute even deserve to exist?''

I shouldn't have to though, I'll maybe have look into it.

Problem though is that most normies aren't going to fanny about with settings and sites other than YouTube or whatever.

I've just got nord vpn and works well so far. Can watch the odd thing on bbc no worries even from abroad.

Also uses random IP which could be handy with all this surveillance nonsense going on.

And I watched Netflix US stuff I couldn't before.

£4.30 a month seems decent value. Up to 6 devices too.

What channel was it?

as far as I know, the only one that can’t be taken down is https://lbry.com as it’s distributed a bit like torrents

no idea if it’s any good though.

There's more than one way to skin a cat.... lbry has a target painted on its back too - it's already been banned from the google play store.

There's this weird Scottish internet project that's been lumbering on for years.  They have very laudable goals but almost come across as too idealistic.

I have a small number of their crypto tokens (which seem a bit of a dead horse btw) so have tried to follow along a small bit and occasionally go onto their forum.  Mostly over my head with the tech side but a lot of quite philosophical discussion goes on with how the internet could be run.

I've got big reservations about what they propose (essentially the question comes up of illegal material namely porn and violence and there is no way to police this, their argument often seems to be banks get robbed all the time, do you ban all roads as that is how a few people access banks to rob along with everyone else using legally).

And if they do pull it off surely tptb will not allow it to succeed.

They seem to be essentially trying to redesign the internet.  Big high falutin ideals but they have been at it since something like 2008.

Anyway these days it seems more and more like something like this will emerge.  Or if it doesn't the internet will be sanitised, curated and segregated country to country on a case by case basis (wherever big business or the powers want at any given time).

Anyway for sure they are a breath of fresh air from normal money grabbing projects and walk what they talk.  Doesn't stop it being some kind of Don Quixote thing all the same.

Some comments from his Bitchute channel :

FoxZ

Martinez around 6pm, October 23rd your channel has been censored by Bitchute in Germany for 'being deemed illegal by the authorities' https://imgur.com/a/zZ70fiN. It seems your website is also not accesable(censored around the same timespan).

What is it this Martinez guy's saying that's so controversial then?

He's pro-White, and right wing, and aware of the various problems we face in the West.

He has been going on Omegle and having discussions with random people which take in race realism, the idiocy of equality, White genocide, and such like, and does so with little care for political correctness.

10 months ago I bought a Tefal non-stick wok/frying pan for about £15.  I oiled it up before use as instructed by Tefal.  I've never used metal implements with it, it hasn't been in the oven and I keep an old frying pan for very high heat cooking (e.g. burgers).  Despite all this the non-stick coating is coming off already, which leads me to believe they're shite.
There appears to be 3 options for replacement 1) A different brand non-stick 2) Cast-iron 3) Stainless steel
I understand the latter 2 need a bit more care, can be trickier to cook with and take more oil whilst cooking.  That doesn't put me off and I'd be quite happy to shell out decent money on a 'forever pan'.
Can anyone recommend a quality pan which will last a lifetime (or at least longer than 10 months)?

I can't tell you much about the incident, there is a news blackout, the French police have blocked virtually all information - forums, chat, images, videos. Videos? Yes four young men, of African origin decided to gang rape a 19 year old outside a Toulouse Discotheque. It is apparently pretty common and if a complaint is made (the victim was possibly drugged with Rohypnol, or drunk?) it gets the usual Gallic shrug from "Le Plod". According to local papers there is an epidemic of rape, and gang rape in Toulouse of both adults and under aged girls. Crimes are frequently committed at the end of the week. Of course the press and police are very cagey about the identity of the aggressors - well unless it is Mr Dupont, the catholic priest or Mr Gonthier the local car mechanic - then you get the full details of their lives. A case in point is a gang rape that occurred in October 2017, we learn that one of the aggressors was a security guard for the Carcassonne town hall ([probably another town to put on your "no visit" list) and it is only from round about sources we discover he is a M. Zouhair with 9 convictions against him for sexual assault. Wow, and the town hall took him on as a guard?
So what of this latest incident? This time some spectators thought it was a good idea to film it and post the video online. So Le Plod has had to take action - to take down the video and images of the rapists.

This is a shocking story on Zerohedge. It is detailed so best to go have a look at the below link and read the article. Be warned, there are some images of people lying on the ground and the ground covered in blood.
However, thankfully, there are no photos of the most horrific part of this story - that a baby was beheaded during the attack.
      Yes, you read that right.
Apparently people who videod the after-math had the heavy hand of the German State, courtesy of the German Police, come down heavy on them for uploading the video online.
Thankfully, a German newspaper decided to run with the story. There is at least one Western newspaper editor who can see the dangers coming towards us all.
Germany: 'Decapitating' Freedom Of The Press?
Zerohedge is reposting the story, with photos, here:
