Hospital admissions, by age/condition

There are no reliable stats anywhere, nor have there been any since this farce started last spring.

It has all been a pack of fucking lies from the very beginning, and we are all being conned.

I am pig sick of seeing pointless graphs and spreadsheets being analysed by people on this forum - as not one single one of them means fuck all. Any numbers posted on this forum - or anywhere else for that matter - are absolute bullshit, and the thousands of pages devoted to this subject should be deleted as they are an affront to the intelligence of a five year old.

This site is enabling the lies to continue, and anyone who posts or analyses any stats is a complete cunt who is part of this demonic shit being foisted on us by our corrupt, dishonest and incompetent "leaders"...

What are you wanting to show?

Road traffic accidents are reported to be down massively,  so presumably A&E is full of elderly people with seasonal respiratory illnesses.   I expect it’s like the grey dawn in there.

It's being purported as entirely the opposite, people under 40 making a large proportion of the "covid" admissions.

According to friends who seem to live on twitter.. "everyone is worried" about long covid and new strains affecting the young.

I've yet to see anything other than anecdotal evidence to support this yet..     so as far as I can tell it is just more mass hysteria.

Unless they are already triaging older patients,  that seems unlikely.

We know life-threatening covid cases are massively skewed towards the over 90s.

This is subject to all sorts of caveats but is decent. Kind of challenges the "all the young people are dying" narrative. Young people are dying but the rate at which they are doing so is dwarfed by the elderly as is their chances of being hospitalised.

https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/healthandsocialcare/conditionsanddiseases/articles/coronaviruscovid19weeklyinsights/latesthealthindicatorsinengland8january2021

Hospital admissions increased among all age groups, apart from in children aged 5 to 14 years, in the week ending 3 January 2021. The largest rise in admission rates was seen among those aged over 85 years, where 244.2 per 100,000 people were admitted to hospital in the most recent week, up from 196.6 in the previous week. This is almost 30 times the rate among those aged 15 to 44 years. Rates have been the highest among those aged over 85 years throughout the pandemic.

It's only sexist if it negatively affects women.   Because only women's groups are interested in sexism.  QED.

Nihilistic bullshit.

The numbers are the numbers. In isolation they are meaningless, pretty much by definition. How those numbers have been cherry picked and analysed does often seem to be completely disingenuous. But if you disagree with the analysis, you are free to critique it and offer an alternative one. That's how you get closer to the truth. What else do you suggest?
