It is almost certainly the end of an era. The battle is over what comes next.

It is more surprising when Italy’s government doesn’t collapse in any given calendar year. They have had 61 governments since 1945.

Edit: According to other sources it is now more than 65.

Estonia have a lot to learn. Why didn't they just give their cronies the cash via an "Help" scheme like we do?

Quote

Prime Minister Jüri Ratas (Center) announced he would resign from the post of prime minister of Estonia after corruption allegations related to a €39-million loan to the Porto Franco real estate development in Tallinn were made public the day before.

Russia is nothing more than Putin rearranging the signs on the office doors to allow him to continue in power. It’s like that 4 year period Medvedev was keeping the president’s office warm while Putin was prime minister.

Good.

They, and we, have done very well out of Putin's reign.  For a start, we don't have to drink water out of the radiators.

The Duran covered this. Governments falling due to lockdown economic crises + perfect storm of political crises = nations turning in on themselves in the face of instability and internationalism coming under pressure:

Could it be the World Economic Forum stuff was more desperate fantasy  than solid prediction from the party of Davos? Also consider that the WEF have had some number of similarly themed campaigns over the years, build back better gained prominence because of it's detractors on the internet as much as it's promoters.

Krankie could have problems in 2021 with her handling of allegations against Alex Salmond. Let’s hope so. All very fishy.

Oh please let there be another referendum on Scottish independence and that they win, their whining is unbearable.

And this time English people get a vote as well. I would vote "please Leave"

A lot of English people told me that they would have done exactly that in the last referendum if they'd had the vote. No one has ever said to me that they would have voted to keep them. Especially not in the style that they have become used to.
