By March there is likely to be growing anger over the fact that the vaccines have not become the promised saviours, and that everyone who's had the jab still has to follow all the rules, indefinitely.

Saw this on the Bbc https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-55900625 The Kent variant of coronavirus that has been spreading around the UK appears to be undergoing some worrying new genetic change

I've certainly been shouting 'Kent!' at Matt Hancock when he comes on the TV. Or something like that.

Jam tomorrow, jam tomorrow, jam tomorrow, please be there jam tomorrow...

'It would be dangerous for us to announce jam tomorrow, when the death rate is so high. If the numbers come down, we will make an announcement in May regarding the timeline of a possible staged reintroduction of jam (initially for school children and vulnerable groups such as those with doughnut-dependency).'

Or worse.

Distraction from death rates from CV of oldies in care homes surging AFTER they had the vaccine?

Clinicians trying work out WTF is going below.

See my post on the other thread re 2 people who have suffered after vaccines. One with Covid - confirmed, other with side effects.

Who knew a mRNA / chimpanzee adenovirus vector DNA vaccine never successfully achieved before would cause issues?

Previous attempts at adenovirus vector vaccines against Hiv ended up making people more susceptible to developing Aids.

If it's not killing them then the vaccine is doing it's job.

Yep. The vaccine doesn't stop people getting or transmitting the virus. Even if loads are still dying in care homes after first, second or nth jab it just means the eficacy is too low for their state of health.

It can't work miracles. Old people still gonna die, and like Cpt Sir Saint Tom they'll put you down as a covid stat if they can get away with it.
