Looks like this isn't going to happen... shock horror!

Instead the middle classes are going to pay for it, and particularly the self employed ones. You'd have to be an idiot to go self employed now, no holiday pay, no sick pay, no maternity leave, longer hours, having to pay half next year's tax now in advance, difficulty getting any sort of finance. Meanwhile Fat Sharon the public sector employee, sat on her arse on 80% pay for a year protecting the NHS, gets a mortgage no questions asked, barely lifts a finger and has the temerity to imply that all self employed folk are on the take.

why do you say it's not going to happen ? The news seems to say it will.

Quietly forgotten about by Rishi , in other words he made the right noises at the right times and the MSM have moved on.

Publicly he's saying it's because Paedo Joe is going to cook up a globalist tax scheme which is laughable. A US President that taxes the US multinationals that bankroll the presidency? Hmm...
