Big Pharma says Miracle Jab has saved us and the UK i.e. lab central is proof, slaps on back all round, politicians now massage stats to suit, post political career directorships all round.

Third Wave, Third Nipple, Third World, Third Man, Third Reich.

It's all been predicted in the Simpsons, and is now on BLAZE TV.

Wave of what? Have they even isolated and identified anything?

I think this next one will be the last time they bother numbering it. In the future they will just briefly mention "another wave" before they tell us the latest from Oceania, Eurasia and Eastasia.

Boris just on the news saying that a third wave is inevitable and is coming (from Europe).

Millions of people takingg 4 jabs a year including one for the eradicated regular flu must be more than enough to stamp it out.

Realistically though in the past few days there have been several "exparts" reported on the radio as saying that the crisis is still going to endure for years and those Covid marketing people have an advertising contract until April 2023 - so Autumn 2021 seems as likely as any.

Along with many people I'm sick of it though.

I expect the UK's build up to the next wave to start on 7 May - the day after the UK's local elections.

Swansea is back to normal except for the shops and the bust businesses. Traffic heavy, loads of people out, few masks - even in shops. Back in lockdown within a month IMPO.

I hope he is enjoying his job, as he is looking more of a fool day by day.

There has been no meaningfully observed lockdown round here for about 2-3 months now. It has not led to a "surge of covids", whatever that is.

I'll be interested to see how much longer the trolls type things like 'idiots, they should be denied NHS care when they get ill' onto any and every media report about more than two people meeting up in public. Surely even the dimmest sheep can see that it's  not spreading anymore?

Presumably it doesn't matter, the governmediament just has to keep that ember alive until autumn when the normal respiratory illness season begins again, and people can type 'see! It's all because you insisted on sitting on benches with coffee in April!'

Yes good point. If the Tories can get a demob-happy feeling going, there might be a surge of support for them at the polls in May. Then whoosh, straight back into fearmongering mode in time for the next lockdown.

I'll be voting for a socialist loon, or anyone mad enough. I fucked off with this lot, who are not Conservatives at all. Although my local MP is local.
