What are the dirty dozen?

On the subject of supplements, can anyone recommend a brand that is reputable?

I found the website for one brand selling on amazon, there were no company details and the 'head office' was a residential house.

I don't want to buy something that is of dubious quality or just rebranded crap from China that some guy is putting stickers onto bottles in his garden shed.

Would it be safe to say anything from Holland and Barret should be ok? Not sure if I can bring myself to pay their prices though....

Holland and Barrett are always safe in my experience, if buying from amazon i will only get a big brand eg solgar, swanson, natures aid. Have bought some stuff of amazon a couple of times because of reviews and I've not felt anything of them whereas the branded ones I had noticed

A very interesting link. Not so sure about the article linking graphene in SARS-Cov-2 or the gene therapy injections but the featured articles at the end, "Sexy Russian Babes looking for men" and the like

We probably fall short on the 'men' bit.

I've been ordering stuff from Holland and Barrett.  If you add it on a regular subscription, delivery is free, and if you add a bunch of stuff, often the third/fourth/fifth item is free.  Makes the average cost not so bad.

In the below video Dr. Sherri Tenpenny talks with a bloke who is some kind of natural health guru. At some point in the video he talks through the various science degrees he has in this field. I mention this because, well, the first half is pretty much American evangelical Christianity / Spiritual Good versus Evil AntiChirst stuff. Enough to probably make some turn off.

However, halfway through he gets into a flow about stuff to take to boost immune systems. He talks about pine needle tea - basically, he says, you can snip the growing green ends off a pine tree - says that you want this fresh growth, boil it and have your pine needle tea. Says that you do not want the dried stuff that is sold (Expensively, I will add.).

But - the point of this post - something really interesting that this chap says is that he thinks that the people behind this pandemic would not have some kind of treatment for themselves. He mentions that Tamiflu uses pine needles in its manufacture. So I go do some research. Yep, there is shikimic acid which is got from pine needles and that is used in Tamiflu. There are pine forests in Maine grown especially to provide the acid for Tamiflu. Pine needles. Tamiflu. Pine needle tea? Make of this what you will.

They are back to Lucifer and magnets now. Oh, onto charcoal as an anti-toxin. Thinks quercetin is amazing. Says it is the active ingredient in St. John's Wort and is talking about it, mood and light frequencies.

Look who’s woken up to the significance of zinc deficiency:

Even the tiniest nod to the issue of bioavailability chucked in at the end. Maybe by winter 2022 vitamin d + zinc + ionophore of choice will be de facto standard supplements among the health conscious.

Yes, it is.

However, I just finished listening to the latest Geert Vanden Boosche interview. During it he says that if you take ivermectin TOO SOON it stops the innate immune response and thus you do not build up a natrual immunity if infected.

Others are saying that you need to take it ASAP when infected.

My opinion - fuck knows!

I shouldn’t worry, as long as you’re not taking it prophylactically. I reckon as soon as symptoms start to show won’t be too soon or too late either.

I can see why both those things could be true.

If you're taking ivermectin prophylacticly or VERY early on when covid is in your body: ivermectin interferes with virus replication, so it will ( in theory) stop virus replication below the level at which the body recognises it as an invader and activates your immune system against it. So the ivermectin will prevent your body developing antibodies etc against the virus.

BUT if you take it after the virus has taken hold a little, the amount of virus will be above this threshold and the immune system will have been alerted that evasive action needs to be taken, so (some degree of?) immunity will develop, and the ivermectin should then help interfere with the virus's further replication.
