Wow you get good value up there! That would be £650k plus in the small town I live in. Decor is a bit individual though!

Sell up, get 100k mortgage - or less - put a lodger or two in a 250/m. Chuck in 300m mortgage payment. Paid off in 10 years.

Radiators and boiler are near to replacement time, if you are thinking about it. Probs £4000+ ish.
