Homeless man shot for telling her to mover her Porsche

Recommended Posts

From her Daddy lawyer:

Quote

The man was always on his feet and not asleep as someone apparently has alleged and had accosted a group of very young women and nearly became physical with one

Interesting use of words.

“She’s never done anything like this in her life,” he told the paper. “She had an eyewitness in the front seat.”

Court records obtained by Heavy.com show that Katie Quackenbush has no prior criminal convictions, but has been charged with assault twice.

Sadly she'll get off unless some video evidence turns up and it'll set the precedent that women can go round shooting "horrible" men at will in the US soon as they get their little fee fees hurt. Because feels are reals.

Hard to form much of an opinion without knowing the reason he confronted her,  how reasonable/aggressive and whether he was drunk.

If he was drunk, unreasonable and threatening then perhaps it was genuine self defense.   On the other hand if she shot him in the back after he made a passing comment that would clearly be quite different.

As with everything in life, there's two sides to a story and then there's the truth.

I certainly don't believe her story and I definitely don't believe his story (assuming that it's come from him and not an eye-witness - in that case ignore me).

Don't think someone being drunk should have any relevance. From the report it said he was led back down when she shot him.

Sadly I believe where she shot him has a stand-your-ground law, so yeah technically she can go round shooting people at will cause of her fee fees and she will get off every single time.

I agree being drunk isn't relevant in itself,  but it would imply that it was far more likely he was behaving in an aggressive/unreasonable manner.

A Nashville woman has been charged with attempted murder after she allegedly shot at a homeless man who asked her to move her Porsche.

Police said 26-year-old Katie Quackenbush shot Gerald Melton, 54, during the early morning hours of Aug. 26.

Just another example of white, male privilege! Feeling entitled to ask a woman not to choke him with exhaust fumes from her Porsche Cayenne while he tries to sleep in the dirt. How very dare he?
