Just stumbled upon a forum with lots of people posting their vaxx side effects. Quite depressing reading - so thought I'd post it here. A misery shared, etc.

https://vestibular.org/forum/recent/

("Vestibular" seems to be trouble with balance and dizziness)

The vestibular system includes the parts of the inner ear and brain that process the sensory information involved with controlling balance and eye movements

don't look at MS forums or specific types of cancer forums.

Not looked at this forum for a few months. Last time I looked it was limited to one long thread about post-jab injuries. Boy, has it expanded.

Single issue forums tend to be really obsessive about minor details...

Bodybuilding, real ale, rail forums, rugby league - it always ends up about minutiae and misses a bigger picture.

Oh the irony...

I think we cover an awful lot here. Are we missing something?

(We've even got a thread about womens football)

We could do with a really good but simple gluten free bread recipe.

I've got some. But don't make gluten free stuff.

Wheat gluten is a miracle but for some people it's also a curse, trying to bend other ingredients to duplicate the miracle part is imo best left to people in lab coats (I understand it's also helpful if they speak with German accents).

Health forums are almost always deeply depressing. Doesn't matter what the condition is, people are either:

(a) pushing dietary advice which promises improvement or, in some cases, a 'miracle cure'. The catch is you need an iron will and have to stick to an extreme diet for a minimum of 6 months.  Not scientifically proven or recommended by physicians.

or  (b) horrific stories of multiple hospitalizations, increasing disability over time and/or major surgery.

I've read too much of the above recently and as a result I've been pigging out on bars of dark chocolate, which is probably not good for my health, but it makes me feel good and tastes nice. Small amounts of pleasure from eating 'bad foods' are probably more beneficial than reading too much 'doom and gloom medical porn' and getting stressed out unnecessarily. Some times 'what will be will be'.

I agree. By the time you buy the baking stuff if you don't already own it, buy the ingredients and cook it your gluten free loaf or cake is ruddy expensive.

I watch YT vids of people making fab looking GF bread but I have my doubts.

A few years ago a baker in one of the supermarkets told me that she makes GF bread daily for her colleagues. She advised me to bake my own. I stood there like a lemon as I had expected her to say that she would bake an extra one.

Right, enough of this. Not the health stuff that @steppensheep had in mind.
