Bugger, back in the gym for the first time since I trapped the nerve  in my shoulder and the strength has totally gone, not like the muscle is weak, it's just not firing. At all. This is a problem.

Try an osteopath.

They seem to be based on a bit of a weird theory, but their part-voodoo stuff seems to work more often than not, especially if an ordinary physio can't help you.

First physio session done, isolated the nerve connection to the tricep as the issue, gave me some exercises and said get back in the gym you lazy git, just dont expect to be able to bench press for at least another two months. Come back in 4 weeks and make sure everything's progressing. 

Money we'll spent and a weight off my mind.
