From the footage it’s obvious the police have ditched rubber bullets and have opted for live rounds. This is going to be a very interesting winter.

It is unavoidable but it means we are crossing the rubicon now.

We are going to have to fight

Rotterdam mayor confirms 7 people have been shot by police. No details on their conditions.

Mind, he was speaking bloody double Dutch!

One to watch.

Reports are a bit opaque at the moment.

Here is Pravda

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-59355950.amp

"Police fired warning shots and direct shots "because the situation was life-threatening", a police spokesperson told Reuters news agency.

At least two people have been injured as a result of the shots, they added.

Rotterdam has been placed under a state of emergency and its main station has been closed as a result of the violence.

Videos posted on social media showed burnt-out police cars and rioters hurling rocks at police in one of the city's main shopping streets."

"The Netherlands imposed fresh restrictions last Saturday after recording its highest numbers of Covid cases since the pandemic began"

"Earlier on Friday, the government banned fireworks on 31 December for the second year in a row. The ban would prevent "extra strain on healthcare", the government said."

So the so called have it as rioters, who go out and burn cop cars in face on rising cases, and, inferred, do not agree with vaccines.

On top of this, those selfish cunts are pissed off for fire work bans at New Years Eve.

Fireworks placed in the wrong place cause damage? Surely that is not the reason?

Fire works are dangerous. Just remember that. Don't go storing any either for after New Years.

We need that bbc disinformation bints views.

They are all very, very naughty.

Interesting for two reasons. Firstly they're prominently reporting a covid protest. Also that they say football hooligans are involved. Either that is disinformation to smear them or it implies organisation. Hooligans engage in organised violence, use tactics and are not afraid of the police. They could be very effective if they choose their targets wisely.

The last footage we had of protests in the Netherlands, the football hooligans were on the side of the police.

no, there is.

whilst they were using boiling frog tactics, normies could claim it was 'for the public good'.  live rounds on a street in europe, against non violent protestors, means that the mask is off.

Every generation has to fight for freedom, or it's back to serfdom.  Now the masses know.  It's either the ballot box or the bullet, to quote a past leader in the northern irish government.

If the police shoot people in this country they are fucked they all become a target

I agree. With only specialist officers trained and equiped with firearms, surely they could only field a couple of thousand for the whole country? Routine armed patrols would be logistically impossible, as well as politically.

Continental police are routinely armed, so every officer has some proficiency and a duty sidearm. Even the smallest police station likely has at least a couple of long-guns and ammo. Here they would be reliant on the MOD finding dusty crates of Webley revolvers and ammo to lend, before issuing them to novices. Police patrols with SA80s would never happen.
