Nobrot Dressingtable, as we called them, consolidated into XPO a long while back.

If you're not fussed about supporting a family run business and just want a decent services with a wide choice of takeaways (I.E. McDonalds and KFC, and Greggs) then you can't go wrong with the 'Xtra' ones in my experience. There's one at Peterborough on the A1, and Cobham on the south side of the M25 (long windy service roads to get into the carpark there, which is annoying when you're busting for a piss). But the one we spend most time at is Beaconsfield, about 4 miles up from the M25 at the start (for us Londoners) of the M40, we always get breakfast there after picking up our mate from Staines when we're heading off up north for an away day.

There's even a Wetherspoons pub there, not that I've ever been in it.
