I think not.  There is a European only one I think.  The problem is the so called "Communication" ETFs are not telco but have the likes of Twitter, Facebook, etc in them.  Justetf is the website to check.

PS:  But why a whole thread for such a question?

Sorry, no apology needed, just you'd probably be fine asking on the deflation thread as it's quite wide ranging.  I had the same question as you a while back.  Part of an attempt to build a list of global sector etfs (easy when we could buy the US ones) as it's one strategy to rotate a portfolio between sectors.  I had mixed success overall but a fail on true Telco.  I think the best I could find was a European focussed ine which is nuts.  I ended up having to buy stocks.

PS:  But Justetf.com really is the best, except it does not do true commodity etfs like say cocoa.  Make sure to set it to the correct country and type of investor.  No sub needed.  I did try a sub but it didn't add much extra value, although the guys deserved some coin given its excellence.  Investing.com may be another.  Oddly the powerhouse that is TradingView is pretty crap in this respect.
