Alex Jones "I want to see who you are". He should meet Ladybeard, an Australian pro-wrestler from Hong Kong now making music in Japan with language ability in Cantonese, Mandarin, German and Japanese. He is also a practitioner of five or six martial arts.

Mongolian folk-metal combines throat singing with Halestorm front woman Lzzy Hale

I could easily fill this thread with Kiffness youtube channel videos. Remixed versions of weird foreign songs I'd never heard of otherwise.

A Yakusa/Elvis like drummer, a monk-robed guitar virtuoso and an imposing/enigmatic bassist lament their lack of commercial success over several decades which takes off virally and becomes a commercial success leading to an appearance in London where they were astonished by people flying in and singing along. It can only be Ningen Isu with Heartless Scat. Turn on English subtitles to get the storyline that clicked and now has 10 million views.

An absolute classic:

RUN DMC - Walk This Way (Official HD Video) ft. Aerosmith

Perhaps the most well known to do some sort of fusion is ELO with the soft rock (or whatever it is) and orchestral pieces mixed into some absolute perfect songs. Legend.

Electric Light Orchestra - Mr. Blue Sky (Official Video)

Anyone who has been at the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens will have heard "Mr Blue Sky" in whole or part hundreds or thousands of times. It seemed to be a tradition. Wonder if they still play it.

Voice of Baceprot do Indonesian "protest" music with influences from metal to Morello and System of a Down.

Strongly endorsed by Tom Morello who appears on their Youtube channel to encourage them.
