Anyone use kettlebell? Don't have access to a garage to use for weights. Just got an outdoor space so I thought kettlebells might be the way to go. Anyone seen any good workouts with KBs?

Never. They seem to be out of fashion now compared to 5-10 years ago for some reason as they're never used in the gym by anyone.

They just don't look easy on the wrists IMO.

I've used them in the past to change things up a bit from just lifting heavy weights all time.  I think they are great and would recommend one especially if you are limited for space.  Depends what your goals are though.

Would definitely be useful then.  Swings, snatches, clean + presses, Turkish Get-Ups, rows and bottom up presses would all be good exercises to start with.  Depending on strength I would recommend starting with a 16kg bell.

I think they're bad for elbows.

Good for "farmer's walks", which I got into recently after recommendations in the credit deflation thread.
