Don't watch series 5.  It is significantly inferior to S1-S4.  They even mucked up the theme music, which is a monstrous error.

You'll probably watch it anyway, but you'll understand the warning when you get there.

Barely any tits in it.

Except Dirk Benedict.

Then you'll like S1E1.

The original 'Face Man' was Tim Dunigan, but was viewed as too young looking for the part and was replaced by Dirk Benedict.

"I look[ed] even younger on camera than I am. So it was difficult to accept me as a veteran of the Vietnam War, which ended when I was a sophomore in high school."

So he only did the pilot fim which was basically S1E1 and S1E2.

I have the whole set.o.O It's nostalgia for me.

I also have the whole lot of Dukes of Hazzard.

Daisy Duke is not only a mighty fine lady - her name sounds like it should be Cockney rhyming-slang for something...!

As in:

"Fat-boy from Korea is threatening Trump with his Daisy Dukes."

Or

"That kebab was rank - I Daisy Duked the fucker up an hour later...!"

C'mon DOSBODders - let's hear your American TV inspired rhyming-slang.

I'm scratching my Starsky and Hutch in anticipation...

;)

Unmissable when I was a kid

amazing no one ever got shot with the amount of automatic gunfire

and, no cgi, only Tron used it.

Somehow I think the film and TV series are better off without it unless they are Scifi.

Still blowing a gale here. All night and all day. I am going crazy - the wind is not helping either.

I love being tucked up in bed listening to the wind whistling. Not so much in the day though when you have to go out in it.

It makes cats act rather strangely too.

Got to have the shipping forecast on a valve wireless for the right atmosphere though.

Thought I'd start this thread as I've seen two this weekend I have not seen for donkeys.
      1) A Volkswagen Karmann Ghia which like most air-cooled beetle thingies just smelt of unburnt fuel and engine oil.
      2) An X plated non fuel injected XR2 that sounded decidedly underwhelming, I mean this should have rusted away years ago!
