If only the hostages had access to some handy projectiles and people that know how to aim them

Typical lefty labrador - just lie down and wag your tail at the first sign of aggro.

Dog up, for God's sake.

He's a retriever:) which means he's an even bigger softarse.

How do you know he doesn't self identify as a labrador.

You disgust me, forcing your own prejudices onto animals that can't fight back.

Check your privilege.

Sawn-off shotgun does not sound like a terrorist. Not the best weapon if you intend to commit mass murder. Even a pump action would quickly run-out of shells and require re-loading.

Needless to say, terrifying for those caught up in this.

I dont know. Are they still showing a film and letting you have popcorn?

Oh, it is a cinema? I thought it was a bowling alley.

Perhaps it is someone who just got pissed off that they had paid serious money to watch Bladerunner 2049.

Bloke was probably triggered by the price of popcorn.

Of course, if this is a daylight robbery, he has the perfect defence in that they started it.

Yep, that is my first thought. Dad told that he cannot see his kids this Sunday because the ex's new boyfriend is taking her and the kid(s) bowling.

I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often.

JFK plays zombie games...all of them have the ex wives face

I have always been of the view (whatever the facts that emerge here) that Love, unrequited love and rejection are states of complete insanity which cause otherwise normal humans to do something totally mad.  Got a colleague at the moment who cannot focus......
