I first noticed weird obsessive, depressive and aggressive behaviour from vegans some 15 to 20 years back.
I've been vegetarian since the 80s and used to go on Veggie society meet ups in the mid to late 90s.
Their were vegans there who were pretty dismissive of vegetarians.
They were militantly Vegan and anyone not Vegan was not good enough. Most were also in animal rights activism.
They were a joyless and depressing to be be around. Eventually I got fed up and left that social circle.
The thing is those people behaved in an eerily similar way to todays SJWs.
So this afternoon I've looked up vitamin B12 deficiency and looked for links on mental illness and plant based diets.
Vitamin B12 deficiency causes symptoms of mania, psychosis, irritabilty, depression and personality changes.
B12 can only be found from animal sources.
