The background colour, that is.

You always manage to out-subtle me you, ya blobby bastard...!

Your Cliff Richard song reference was still never spotted by the hpc mods on the paedo thread long after mine had all been deleted...!

;)

Rep for anyone who can work it out

I don't speak Welsh but I'm sure TMT will be able to translate it with ease.

I thought the couple of days we got away with it were fantastic - the time it took the daft bastards to twig us, even when we went into fucking obvious mode towards the end, was among my happiest ever spent on hpc.

Some of the convoluted stories I put together to get a pun of a Cliff song title as the last line of a post were a pleasure to write.

We also managed the same with Elton John in another thread. Can't remember who posted it, but "Scandal In The Wind" was a classic - and very apt for the thread....!

Happy piss-taking times...

:)

Pretty sure it decodes to this:

fqwsuxtxbgf
rtckcktxsas
xswknkqzipf
nyqsyzqkxki
afopfqpjec
pvwvpapkvkoz
djpafpwuoq

Not sure what that means though.

They are all words that I have convinced my son are allowable in scrabble.

Not that I play to win you understand.

Nope, the zodiac killer used patterns of letters to hide his message.

It is actually unencrypted.

I thought I read a few years ago when I watched the movie that, at that point, 90% of the stuff he wrote hadn't; been decoded as there were billions of combinations.

Edit: Just Googled it, 1 of the 4 has been decoded 95% but the last 5% still hasn't been decoded, likely because s/he was a bad speller  O.o
