Do what the German far right groups have always done: once banned just form a new group with a new name.  Don't keep on with a banned orgainsation; let it go.

NationalActionV1.01 -> NationalActionv1.02 etc.

Clever.

You can't fight hate with hate.

But the system has to accept some (loads of) culpability here -- there are organisations over the UK that have been spreading extreme hatred for years and pretty much nothing has been (and continues to be) done.

The document adds that the group is 'virulently racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic' and says its activities and propaganda materials are particularly aimed at recruiting young people.

Well they should be banned!

Well the charges are pretty serious:

Id hope that any group of people, regulary meeting (maybe on a Friday?) and promoting this sort of stuff should be shutdown ...

Slightly more sophisticated than that.

A new group is formed by the main players in the current group but with a new name, new constitution, new memberships, new elections for main officials etc.

It is then a distinct new group which happens to have a similar membership.

In March 2015, National Action organised a 'White Man March' on the Quayside in Newcastle upon Tyne during which police arrested nine people; those attending included North East representatives of the British National Party (BNP) and neo-Nazis from Eastern Europe.

But they are celebrating diversity. Isnt that what the SJW want?

The claim of anti-semitism is a bit of a surpise and blast from the past.

One of the curious and under reporting things happening is a number of nationalist and far right groups reaching an understanding with some of the more strong armed Jewish groups.

Peoples perception of Jews depneds where you live. In London, they tended to be rich, bookish posh financiers. When you move out to the provinces - and Im thinking Leeds and Manchester - a lot of the long established jewish groups tend to be a bit less bookish and a lot more punchy..

Are all these cases just people who may have once "liked" or joined a facebook group and forgot about it? then the organisation was Proscribed by the governement and that makes them members of a proscribed organisation?

Barely concealed joy from the Radio 2 newsreader about this. Given the quite lengthy & detailed description of their supposed political credo, telling that these details are always omitted when news of Ahmed Jawally-Wally and his mates from some Northern ex- mining shithole are arrested on terrorist charges when caught with dry ice and fertilizer in their cooking pot.

Hey!  that's raccist, er, whiteist, or summat.  o.O

It is a very obvious false equivalency forced on us by the establishment and media. We are supposed to swallow the line that a few, literally a few, neo-Nazi losers with leaflets and tweets are in anyway comparable to a worldwide religion which actively advocates terrorism. I wonder if they have the first clue as to how much credibility they lose amongst "ordinary" free range British people for doing this? Presumably they are doing the Nazi propaganda trick of repeating the same obvious lies enough that people actually start to believe them. I doubt it is going to work in the Internet age where people self-select their media. With our first-past-the-post democracy they only need to con roughly a third of the population and they will be laughing. DOSBODS can go swivel.

^^^ This

they are trying the same old tricks of misinformation and obfuscation that has been tried immemorial.  There have been points in history where the printed word has been banned, even recently (Lady Chatterley's Lover was banned until 1960).  However, with the invention of the interweb, they have lost control of the narrative.  Completely.  Yet, they appear to be unable to grasp this.

If it was not for here, I'm sure we would all be going quietly mad whilst trying to work out wtf was going on.  With the 'net, we can share and discuss.

"The problem with quotes on the internet is that a lot of them are made up" Abraham Lincoln 1864

"When reading Levant it is always good to keep in mind the words of lawyer Iain MacKinnon who, whilst defending the Rebel Commander in one of his many defamation suits, argued that Levant’s readers know his writing shouldn’t be taken “at face value.” I’m not sure that regular Rebel readers and viewers understand that, however. The most entertaining passages concern “a popular meme circulating the Internet, quoting Trudeau as saying, ‘if you kill your enemies, they win.’” Levant acknowledges that there is no evidence the prime minister said these words, all the while broadcasting a Rebel video that claims it is true. Two pages later, Levant changes his position, stating that while, yes, Trudeau never made the statement, “he’s said as much in other words.”

It's just a meme. Here's one you may prefer. After all, it is the current year.
