I couldn't see one.

 

Currently looking at around 60-65% LTV when my fixed rate comes to an end February 25.

Something like 4.4% which isn't great. Anything better out there?

Not a remortgage but I'm going through a purchase at the moment at a smidge over 4%. LTV is in the same bracket (according to my broker 60-75% were the same rate with Halifax).

Hmmn. HSBC ones were looking like dropping below 4%, started to edge back up again though unless my mind's tricking me.

4.4% the best there though.
