Landlords selling up with have their properties bought by serco etc to house the people being granted refugee status.

40-60000 extra people out of hotels and needing a room in a house.

HMO coming to everywhere.

They're stopping ok.

The town hall 'a number of asylum seekers' are being accommodated in the area following a Home Office decision. It follows reports of a hotel in the borough closing immediately, with all future bookings reportedly moved to alternative hotels.

And of course. Once they've been in a hotel for a bit they'll have their claim accelerated through the process and get accepted and then they have to be housed.
none of this ends well for natives.

Did the aborigines  do well about having boat loads of criminals sent over there to live?

It’s a good idea,   pull them all out of the mostly shit hotels they’re staying in and put them in HMOs.

When the shit hotels inevitably go bust buy them with public money, convert to flats and stick them back in again.   Job done.

Well, seeing as us Australian taxpayers give the Abo grifting industry over 20 BILLION dollars a year, yes, many of them do incredibly well, have huge cars, and fly first class.

Give it 10 years and 15/20% of the cuntry will be living in a hmo. Give it 20 years and people will think it’s normal . In 30 years anyone with spare bedrooms will be seen has anti social and anti green and decadent

There’s definitely a trend towards building smaller cheaper housing,  but I’m not sure they’ll ever vilify decent housing..   you think MPs are going to live in HMOs?
