Suspicious package found in Parliament

Recommended Posts

"Suspicious package found in Parliament"

That would be a package of measures to improve the lives of the people they are actually supposed to represent and that pay their bloated salaries and perks.

Now that you mention Vaz,

Complete piss take. I assumed he had been sacked, maybe even some jail time.

If one is to believe Guido Fawkes web site it was Tory MPs that saved his skin.

Anyway it is good to know that we still have some Parliamentarians that maintain the old fashioned values of taking illegal Class A drugs and consorting with rent boys.

Vaz is much preferable to that Labour harpie Jess Philips.

Only a few months ago it was all 'don't get your parliamentary assistant to buy sex toys -- just use the internet like everyone else'.

So, Amber does what she was told to do -- now it turns out that you can't get your coke delivered by post either.

They've got to work out how the MPs are going to actually get their supplies.

xD

Oh dear....Markle. An actress who’s given up her job, shut down her social media etc because she’s “besotted” by a UK royal family Prince.

I saw a story a few days ago that camilla, wife of the heir, had invited her for afternoon tea to settle her pre wedding nerves.

If Markle has any sense, IMO, she’ll call the wedding off and go back to a bit of freedom. I can’t imagine how awful it would be to be cloistered and unable to go out and about anywhere without bodyguards. I’d rather be dead!

I think she is mad personally. Marry into that load of dysfunctional fuckwits, I've watched The Crown!

As this appears to be our Keith Vaz thread - the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner has - finally - referred the Keith Vaz coke-and-rent-boys case back to the Metropolitan Police.

I predict a sudden and unexpected mystery decline in Vaz's health and the case being postponed again.

Yep, I suspect it is just passing the buck. Give it another 18 months and the Met will most likely hand it back to Parliament.

As a new rule came into force today granting anonymity to MPs under investigation I suppose we will not hear any more - not that we were hearing anything - about the never-ending investigation into Keith Vaz.

Is he still ill yet still travelling overseas? I guess we will never know.

Ain't democracy great?
