I posted on this at the start of the trial.

Pretty bad. Reflects the wierd feudalism in the NHS. As a german dr relative says - It is not a professional environment.

Shipman, Allitt. 

The more you look, the more youll find.

Maybe therell be a review and the NHS might start the odd review of treatment . You know, just to check before stuff goes to court.

Well that`s the problem with most state run ventures ,how many would survive if they were commercial enterprise ?

The James Martian hospital food series says it all realy, if one of the simpler tasks are that fucked up one can only imagine what the rest is like

He was up to the same stuff in private hospitals too.

The NHS has already paid out 9M from what I read, but I wonder if they get to reclaim some or all of that from his professional indemnity insurance?

I'll bet his future premiums will be prohibitive. In fact I don't think he will be allowed to practice again
