yeah these family memebrs bought a few years back,I hope they get out in time.It's going to be a massacre down there.

Every chance NZ getsmullered too.Lot of foreign buyers and neg amortization LL's been stoking the ponzi fire.......

If a gvt was clever, during a huge house price collapse they would let in country taxpayers offset losses against income for 7 years.  Non-taxpayers (i.e. foreign owners) would have much more of a hit.
