Many cars longer, but I'm struggling with a greater width

Longer, wider without mirrors. With mirrors you might be screwed, vans have bigguns.

How much do I win?

You don't but I raise my pint of Theakstons up to your good health, as I have just claimed my prize from the slightly begrudging loser who says its not really a mainstream Car.

I will continue to have a look as there must be a Jag/VAG/BMW/Merc that is.

maybach 6 is 5,700 mm (224.4 in) long, 2,100 mm (82.7 in) wide and 1,328 mm (52.3 in) high

So wins on length but may fail on width...

Bentley Bentayga should do it too, they are all the same car (Urus, Bentayga, Q7), badge-engineered as only the Germans know how to appeal to those who want to show off the relative size of their manly BTL portfolios (on tick, natch).

Is this Bentley built on the same floorpan, this wins on length and width as well.

The Bentayga sure is an ugly fucker, saw one on the road the other week.

Does it have to be current?

The older Caddy Eldorado/DeVille models would be longer and wider -- the current ones would be a bit too narrow.

Plenty of other old long wide American cars to choose from, as well.

Might even by taller than the Transit in off road mode.

You can have the argument on whether the Vivaro and Caravelle are cars, but they are for tax purposes (at least those specific derivatives).

These are with wing mirrors, don't have width without unfortunately.
