'Highly skilled migrants' + UK ILR

This silly "highly-skilled" nonsense again. The country shouldn't care about their skill level but rather whether they are fiscally positive or not. A single immigrant worker should have to earn £35K. A worker with a partner and two kids £60k.

I would question just how "highly-skilled" they are if they do not fit these criteria (the average wage in London being low £40K).

Maybe if the companies employing these "highly-skilled" people but paying less than £35K should be forced to either raise the wage so that it is at least fiscally neutral, or, even better use their capital appropriately to train their own "highly-skilled" people from the millions of young people already in this country desperate for a future.

i was offered 5k and a free holiday in belize by a nurse trying to get her neice into the uk after she had heard i had never been married,i had quite a chat with her about the logistics .she wasnt that happy when i said id require 25k and that i would want to take pics of me shaging her neice in case imigration got involved, she said thats insane i replyed so is your offer of 5k to risk my job and a crb record and 18 months jail.i said dead straight faced the pics would probably satisfy imigration to some extent even she said fair point but 25k is insane.

It is one of these exceptional cases that has been handled badly and gives the left a pretext to say that all immigration control is wrong. A bit like the Windrush scandal where home office bureaucrats accidentally-on-purpose looked to deport people who had been here for decades and who should, by the dictates of common sense, have been naturalised citizens by now. It was a false flag operation in my eyes. Deliberately perpetrated by the common purpose stasi in order to discredit the notion of fair border controls.

You would think the print and broadcast media were trying to influence public opinion with fair and unbiased reporting wouldn't you.

I know they all follow the guidelines espoused by the So-Called BBC

"The trust that our audience has in all our content underpins everything that we do. We are independent, impartial and honest. We are committed to achieving the highest standards of accuracy and impartiality and strive to avoid knowingly or materially misleading our audiences.

"Our commitment to impartiality is at the heart of that relationship of trust. In all our output we will treat every subject with an impartiality that reflects the full range of views. We will consider all the relevant facts fairly and with an open mind."

For 5k you need to get a mate in a duite and hire a meeting room for 2h.

Shove a label on saying Registry Office.

Get them in, sign a made up contract.

Done!

Is that for a shariah-compliant wedding?

"Highly skilled" to operate an illegal jetwash for 14 hours a day? Highly fucking stupid more like. If they're still in this country in 20 years there's going to be a lot of compo claims there for tremors and RSI-type injuries. Buggers my hands up after 20 minutes.

Still not worth it. Long-term damage is a given I'd say it's like operating a pneumatic drill they limit the time spent using them for good reason.

Guy I knew did a passport marriage sometime in the 80s. The guy that arranged it tried to keep him and his new bride apart after the ceremony but they'd been giving each other the eye. The marriage got consummated but they never saw each other again afterwards.

£40 cash in hand, assuming a 6 day week, is more money in a week than many eastern Europeans would earn in a month doing the same sort of work. Their rent will probably not be much as they will be hot-bedding or in beds-in-sheds or even just camping wild.

Most of the EEs I have met do not intend to stay here indefinitely, they are working and saving money in order to be able to buy a house or start a business in their own countries.

The same applies to the sub-saharan migrants. If they get something like 50 euros a week refugee allowance and free accommodation, they can afford to send back more money to their family than they would be able to get by living in Africa and holding down a job.

If you do it, then it's legal.  At least that's what I tell the pretty ones!

Vietnamese bloke (grown up boat kid) is beign asked for DNA to prove the kids are his.

I have a problem withthat - the nubmer of vietnamese are flooding in and its not beyond the scopes of imagination to assume hes been paid to bring in some other kids.

Most fo the commentator are banging on - fucktard SJW comments.

Take a swipe, test the swipe if it correct then a tick and swabs disposed.

dna tests are standard practice in the US when claiming bennies.

A woman with 2 kids, claiming for the 1st time in her life was told that the kids weren't hers. Her family doctor said 'I was there when they were born, they're hers'. Nope, dna says no.

Turns out that she was a chimera. She had absorbed her twin while in the womb. Ovaries and saliva had different dna.

And another FT story on this.

All subcontientals too, whch should speak volumes,

Comment section ful of normal bullshit bar one “37 year old student” - absolutely nothing dodgy about that!

'Another applicant, Abu Gazi, said the poor communications infrastructure in Bangladesh would make it impossible to mount an appeal from his home country. The 37-year-old, whose student visa was suspended by the Home Office over cheating allegations in 2014,'

If the infrastructure is so ba the I doubt hes picked up the lanaguge and employment skills to come to UK and be productive.

' 7. The Home Office was first alerted to "the potential issues with testing at ETS" upon receipt of a letter dated 06 January 2014 from the So-Called BBC. The makers of the "Panorama" programme claimed to have uncovered evidence of fraud which included the active collusion and participation of employees at the ETS test centres. The investigation focused on two specific centres. One of these is Eden International College, where the Applicant underwent his test. On 06 February 2014 the Home Office made a public announcement that ETS testing in the United Kingdom was being suspended. At this stage ETS had been operating tests for almost three years. The Panorama programme followed, on 10 February 2014. The contents of the programme convinced the Home Office that there had been "a serious breach of the licence and of use of the immigration system". In particular: '

' This followed his admission to a course at Glyndwr University (hereinafter "the university"). He then undertook the stipulated English language ("TOEIC") tests and, in January 2014, was informed by the university that he had been successful. '

Who?

'Wrexham Glyndŵr University started in 2008 so we’re still one of the youngest universities in the UK.

It is a vibrant, friendly place where each student’s learning and future is given personal attention.'

Well, my company has installed a good deal of the telecommunications infrastructure in Bangladesh and I can happily report that 4.5G coverage is about 98% of the population.

I guess Abu GAZI is lying. As most Muslims do.

i find that highly offensive.

Its 'all' not 'most', please correct it or delete your twitter.
