2017 birth rate dropping (England and Wales) to 2006 level.

2017 saw the lowest number of live births (679,106) since 2006 and a drop of 2.5% from 2016 (696,271). Wonder if the two child tax credit limit played any part in this drop?

Well looking at the the employment stats for a certain ethnicity i think the two child rule will impact that demographics birth rate quite dramatically
