Yep.

Once you start withdrawing equity but still offsetting mortgage income against rent you've a massive tax problem.

And that was before s24.

As an extra punishment Fergus ought to have his houses taken away from him and his bint of a wife and either offered for sale at a discount to tenants or otherwise allocated to a Housing Association. What a narcissistic c**t.

UK respects private property. You cannot take property from him.

You could declare him unfit ll and ban him from taking in tenants though.
