Antifa-vs-Nazis. All weapons banned.. apart from guns.

Recommended Posts

In preparation for the anniversary of last year's Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, the city council put out a list of prohibited items for this year's commemoration rally.

Quote

Interim City Manager Mike Murphy has prohibited the following items within the downtown security area: BB guns, pellet guns, air rifles or pistols, paintball guns, nunchucks, Tasers or other stun guns, heavy-gauge metal chains, lengths of lumber or wood, poles, bricks, rocks, metal beverage or food cans or containers, glass bottles, axes, axe handles, hatchets, ice picks, acidic or caustic materials, hazardous or flammable or combustible liquids, skateboards, swords, knives, daggers, razor blades or other sharp items, metal pipes, pepper or bear spray or Mace, aerosol sprays, catapults, wrist rockets, bats, sticks, clubs, drones, explosives, fireworks, open fire or open flames and any other item considered to be an “implement of riot.”

Yet, as Charlottesville’s Daily Progress reports, this list does not include one very notable weapon. Nunchucks, swords, paintball guns, and “lengths of lumber” may be banned, but real guns are not. “[Handguns] are not on that list,” Charlottesville Police Chief RaShall Brackney told the Daily Progress. “We have to honor your Second Amendment rights.”

 Strange place.

Meanwhile Antifa and BLM showed up at Charlottesville, but no far-right / white supremacists as far as I can tell on Periscope. Clearly disappointed, Antifa and BLM had a bit of a scuffle with police, and a large crowd marched around the streets shouting anti-police chants, but by and large it's been peaceful so far.

Mind you the main Unite The Right 2 rally is due to take place in Washington later today/this evening UK time, and predictions are it won't garner much support as the white-supremacists/nazi crowd behind it seem to have mostly succeeded in uniting the more moderate Right against them.

The rewriting of the events in Charlottesville one year ago are a classic example of creating history to fit a narrative.  One day it will make a great PHD on propaganda - but only after the Universities are cleanses of marxists.

Well, they're on the march.  All 20 of them, or thereabouts..   Surrounded by maybe 100 police officers, a similar number of photographers and and videographers, and and hundreds of counter-protesters along the route. Maybe a thousand or two more counter-protesters await them further on.

The Nuremberg rally, it's ain't.

Handguns probably cause less serious injurious than a lot of the stuff on that list depending where they hit.  That's not to say they aren't often lethal of course but a person carrying a handgun is more likely to be just interested in self defense rather than a person carrying metal chains or explosives etc etc etc etc.

Who funds and even helps to organise all that nonsense - it wouldn't be a surprise to see a Soros or two near the top of the list.  That isn't a reflection on any religion that the Soros claim to be associated with.

Do clarify.  What do you mean?

Sorry, yes- your last paragraph.

Antifa and similar are anti-white and pro-Globalist, I wonder where the funding and support are from...

I see - you were sort of agreeing.  I was understating a bit ;)

The irony about today's event is that it seems the only right-wing people who showed up are the speakers themselves plus a few friends. So now they have a few thousand protesters around the streets of Washington, including a maybe 100 hardcore black bloc / antifa, anarchists, some BLM, and 100s of police, and a small group of international press in the park with the right-wing speakers themselves.

This means instead of shouting over a PA to a large group of supporters, they're essentially holding a calmly spoken press conference and coming over as far more reasonable than they have been painted in the media. Admittedly the Richard Spencer / KKK lot never showed.  At one point one of the speakers even asked the press to calm down after an argument broke out over one of them blocking another's camera view.

The other thing is that unlike a normal press conference or media interview, they hold the microphone and have a permit to speak and demonstrate, so they're not being interrupted and talked over.

Set against the sheer number of people that have turned up to try to stop them from speaking, they couldn't have hoped for a better platform.

In another highlight, RT's roving cameraman out amongst the counter protesters bumped into a fellow journalist as they wandered round looking for some action. He said he'd heard someone got maced. The other journalist informed him it was actually silly string.

Now the RT talking about laying down and having a nap before the "nazis" leave the park at 7:30, whether it's likely to start raining, and where they can get a root beer.

Way of the World has a new video out, its on the Charlottesville anniversary :

From what treason May is reported to say in that video about so called right wing protests it's a surprise that's she's still in her job but it's what the tories and the rest of the LibLabCon represent these days.

She must be booted out and yesterday wouldn't be too soon-  if only to stop her propagating her disgusting opinions about people expressing common sense and peaceful behaviour.

They'll have to get rid of her and her cabal to progress but I'm not optimistic that they have anybody any better and that includes Boris and Mogg etc - but blimey they would definitely be worth a try - not much could be worse than the lot of traitors the tories currently have at the top.
