Explosion at Manchester Arena

Recommended Posts

BBC 5 Live now reporting. Person present says there was an explosion at top of stairs inside arena. But then goes on to say that a passerby toold her that it was a gunshot. So, only hearsay at the moment.

Not sure you would hear a gunshot in there. Here is a video of people fleeing.

The PTB better get a grip on this as we can't be that far from public lynchings and vigilante retributions.

Some poor bloke wearing a beard is going to get the shit kick out of him.

I think I'm fairly safe in saying we all would (yes, even you, 1%)

Now, what happened again?

To add, if i was there I probably would have exploded as well. But maybe not so noticeably.

Interesting looking at the twitter about this - the nature of the venue and the singer present means that it is of interest to lots of young people. Most are tweeting not to spread false news about it being a terrorist attack, not to blame islam, saying it was a speaker exploding.

All this despite tweets of loud explosions, smoke and even claims of people covered in blood.

Network Rail saying that train lines at Manchester Victoria are blocked. Apparently the arena is built over the station / tracks.

Blocked by a loud speaker bang?

Considering that the So-Called BBC's second major centre in the UK is in Manchester, and they fecking run non-stop stories from Manchester, they are surprisingly unable to get cameras to the location tonight.

Manchester Evening News tweeting that there are injuries according to the Police.
