The best drinking condiment

Recommended Posts

Currently on kettle chips cheese&onion decorated with week old chorizo. Hoes well with double quad vod.

With real ale I'd rather have hairy scratchings.

Have some Irish friends who banged on about the taste sensation that is Taytos. Eventually got to eat some last xmas and they tasted exactly like .... crisps.

I like to get some cottage cheese with chive - posh bugger  I am - and mix in a bit of branston. Then add a dollop of cheese coleslaw on the side. I scoop them up with some posh crisp but not Kettles. Don't like them. I like the combination of smooth, hard, moist and crispy together in my mouth. :o

Suppose it depends what you are used to, everyone in NI had these as kids and think they are the best crisps ever

Double quadruple voddie?

Holy shit, have you had a particularly bad/good day today?

Your chorizo and cheese and onion Kettle Chips sound good, I haven't done this for a while but with beer I quite like salted crisps with a wee sprinkle of Worcester sauce, or nice bread dipped in a mix of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, or a fag or a joint. Nuts are pretty good too, ideally slightly salted cashews but whatever really.

....For those of you not from NI, that's Mr Tayto, and he lives at Tayto Castle.

He looks like this guy

There's a tayto world theme park - it's like fucking Father Ted in real life!

Jesus. "Meet the animals".

They all look utterly thrilled to be there.

Poor bastards.
