Union officer Sara Khan said traditional clapping can cause issues for students with autism, sensory issues or deafness.

FUCK OFF.

Are these people allowed out on their own?

The blind will be able to feel the draft. They don't need to hear anything to confirm other people are having a good time.

Clapping is haram. I suspect the health issues listed are just a ruse.

Clapping during parties is one of the actions of jaahiliyyah. The least that can be said about it is that it is makrooh (disliked), but the evidence suggests rather that it is haraam, because the Muslims are not allowed to resemble the kuffaar.

So beware the ones that don't clap when everyone else does as they are unintegrated, intolerant, extremists.

Good.

A really positive step.

This needs to be rolled out to gigs, concerts, and shows.

Beginning with Strictly.

There are few things more annoying than an audience clapping along out of time, usually on the wrong beat.

Strictly is one of the worst!

Next job - ban singing along like an old people's home at Take That.

I find sudden loud noises on brass instruments can shock me - ban orchestras from playing musical instruments - it's the only logical step!
