Now if only the police would show the same dedication in terms of resources, finance, manpower and moral outrage to protecting our young from the muslim rape gangs operating with impunity in towns up and down our country.

Wish it were so Minge.

But speed cameras and the odd drug-bust are so much more lucrative...

It is interesting that he has been retrialed twice now re the current case - are the CPS going to try for a third? If so, surely that would be like the REMOANERs wanting to keep having a vote until they get the verdict that they want?

They have said not.

There needs to be a time limit on abuse like this.

As I posted on TOS at the time, his original conviction was a travesty of justice.

For example, he was supposed to have assaulted an 8yo girl,

In full public view

While attending a crappy community centre in Portsmouth, at the height of his success.

With no witnesses or local press reports to place him there, despite extensive trawling by the prosecution.

A complete stitch-up.

Agreed Nicey.

I'm Henry Fonda in "12 Angry Men" if I'd have been on that friggin' jury.

Innocent until proven guilty...?

Burden of proof is on the prosecution...?

Bollocks. Not in this country.

"There's no smoke without fire" is not acceptable to anyone with a reasonable set of morals.

It may, or may not, deserve a place in Employment Law - but NEVER in Criminal Law...

Errr, Im sure there were a good few blokes were were sexually asaulted in Hollywood. You know, there are a lot of gay people in Hollywood.
And it does sort of ignore that the 2nd fiddler was Kevin Spacey, not know for his attraction to wimiin.
And then what about the actresses (and actors!) who pimped themselves for a part?

This was discussed at length over on TOS when it first happened. Looks like the people responsible have got a 100K fine.
Man fined over £100,000 for felling ancient trees
