How to sell turntable?

I am never going back to vinyl despite the resurgence so why keep it. Over 40 years old and cluttering up the place (the turntable, not me) but don't know where to start. Sold something once on ebay and such a bad experience I swore never again, but no idea of alternatives. Also it's pretty bloody heavy.

Are there any specialist hifi marketplaces or anything?

I am sure there are, but then it has to be a fuggin good turntable. Mark's yer man on vinyl, even though he is totally gay, and therefore another Geordie.

Sell it to a shop that deals in vintage audio equipment. You won't get as much as a hassle free ebay sale but it will be guaranteed hassle free. The dealers have bills to pay so let them make a profit. It'll end up being used and appreciated.

Take up cake decorating and re-purpose it as a lazy susan.

If you do make sure you reduce the speed, unless you're a really fast eater.

If by any chance you're in the Hampshire area these people would be good to talk to:

Only 25 miles away so might give them a go. Thanks. Turntable was a one-off custom build for a customer who never took delivery, so I'm guessing hard to sell on tinternet to someone who hasn't physically seen it.

When you're there you can chat with their guy that builds turntables ;)
