Within the 20 acre plot are 6 separate grazing fields which are all securely fenced and 7 acres of moorland to the rear of the farmhouse ideal for small laminitic ponies.

What's a laminitic pony?

Select pasture species that have a low sugar, starch and fructan level

I know it sounds a bit 'first world problems' but 20 acres would be such a ballache to maintain. You'd either need to pay a farmer £50 a week to mow it all, or lease it to a local farmer IMO.

No. We had 5 acres and the local farmer just turned up once a year and baled it before taking it away.

It was an arrangement from before our tenure. Just sort of happened.
