He has certainly done something as his special characteristic should have served as a force field against arrest. That it didn’t shows that whatever he has done goes way beyond chatting up random women on the streets

Depends.

All it takes would be for one one owman to complain that hes a nuisance and thelyll register him.

I think hes confusing the BS american pickup myth with basically hangin around in the street and clubs constantly hitting on women.

The fact  hes been banned from a few bars n clubs pointis to him being a ttoal cunt. You dont get banned for talking to women. You get banned for following them around asking for sex.

He seems to have embellished his encounters on youtube.

Look no doubt the guy is a sleazy dickhead but the real issue here is that he's pissed off a load of feminists because instead of falling in line and just becoming another sausage in the pack, he's taken some agency. He should have just signed up to Tinder like a good boy and get ignored/rejected like everyone else who isn't Chad. Fall the fuck inline and have women shop for you like they do a new pair of shoes. Oh and 99% chance you ain't getting brought. Nothing will interfere with alpha fucks beta bucks.

Look at this foaming at the mouth feminazi councillor:

Not being annoying but under which statute does this "right to privacy" fall? I can see the bloke is probably failing to comply with GDPR (the horror!) and is likely in breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 (article 8). We'll have to wait and see I guess but the GDPR breach wouldn't be a criminal matter and using the HRA1998 seems massively disproportionate. But then the world has gone entirely mental.

I assume it falls under that Human Rights Act you quote, that was mentioned at the time of the phone hacking scandal. A person simply being alive, seems to be against someone else's Human Rights these days.

When special interest groups collide.

Man openly trying to pick up women - evil beast, hang him say the feminists.

Ah, but he's a muzzer. And the media don't want to show them in a bad light.

Here's the cunning plan: arrest him for being a man but don't name him so the public will think he's a white British man.

Only they won't. Because this happens every time and whenever a name is not released it is always going to be assumed to be a foreign name and when a description is not released it is always going to be assumed to mean that they aren't white.

People aren't idiots; as the police and media routinely withhold these particular types of information then if the information is withheld with there being no specific reason for the withholding then the public will fill in the blanks.

If there is no description given if a rapist then I will assume they aren't white.  If a person guilty of a crime is not named, and there are no specific reasons for not so doing such as protecting the identity of the victim, then I will assume they have a foreign name.

Just how stupid do the authorities think we are?

Stupid enough to keep voting for mass immigration and mass financialisation for 40 years now?  That's pretty fucking stupid?

Yet nobody has voted for that.  The people of Britain have elected into office political parties who have promised to make their lives better.  And instead they got what you have listed.

The Conservatives under Cameron partly got elected because they promised to bring immigration down to the tens of thousands.

Nope, still three hundred thousand every single year ten years on.

We have been cheated people.

He's clearly a sleazy fucker but is that illegal ?

I'm pretty certain filming someone in public is not illegal and you don't need their permission.

There was some set up thing a while back with some hot burd walking along in tight clothes to see all the "abuse" she got from men. One bloke took a pic of her and he knew his rights and told her he could if he wanted - which the show confirmed ?

Good point. Plenty of Mr Sleazy out there. There's more to this.

All true, but you would think that after a while, people would realise that they had been had, and were continuing to be had, and that at least the way would be clear for a new political party to have a go.

What was that saying, "to a political party, the immigration issue is like a $1000 bill lying on the floor, but no one seems to want to pick it up"

Did they?

Coalition git in 2010 as thry werent Gordon Brown.

Gidiot n Cameron never grasped the migrant problem in 2016. Should have moved quixkly on migrant benefits before the GE rather than vague adjustments after.

Cameron promised it:

https://migrationobservatory.ox.ac.uk/resources/commentaries/net-migration-target-2017-election/

David Cameron promised in 2010 that the net migration target would be achieved by 2015. During 2015 net migration was estimated at 332,000 – more than three times higher than the “tens of thousands” target. As such, it is clear that the net migration target was not met during the original timeline.

Sleazy yes, but I don't think he has done anything wrong other than upset someone who has taken it to the police who have then deemed it worthy of prosecution and have managed to find something to pin on him.

When in a public space there is no expectation of privacy. Anyone can film anyone and post the video on youtube or where ever without any need for permission. This includes film of police officers and security guards. If you publish personal details then data protection may come into play.

Some comments on the guys race, the only issue here is that the MSM are withholding details because of it. Seems to me that most on here are supportive of him, in the sense that it appears he has done nothing wrong (legally) but has become a target. If the police want to dig around they can probably find something to arrest the majority of the population on. I might not like what he is doing, but he gets my support as a victim of political correctness. When I first read the story I assumed it was a white guy.

It's only a matter of time before before those with protected characteristics (anyone non white and not male) start to fall foul of the system and crazy laws (and implementation and policing of those laws).

I was exposed to some of this PUA s***e at university, it really is a way for sad creeps to game women by playing on programmed instincts. Personally if I had to rely on those techniques to get my end away I'd go celibate. But it shouldn't be illegal, the state shouldn't be rounding these people up, the guy sounds as dodgy as any other PUA but I'd leave him to it. He looks a bit of a state so I am guessing he might actually be good at what he does if he can convince women to get into bed with him!

I don't care what colour he is. I have yet to see anything that I would class as being worthy of arrest.

To be honest, I'm wondering if there is a bit more to it that hasn't been mentioned. The guy is obviously a weapons grade creep so I wouldn't put it past him.

As well as the 2010 general election Cameron also promised the tens and thousands before the 2015 election and then May did the same before the 2017 election.

Even in 2018 it's still at record levels - very roughly 600,000 total migration  per year and 300,000 net migration per year.

Surprisingly many police officers seem unaware of the law regarding this. Perhaps they deliberately prefer to misunderstand it.

Yes, very true. They don't like being filmed, which I can understand because they deal with difficult situations and the last thing they want is someone uploading the 10 seconds of film where they wrestle someone to the ground without showing what lead up to it.

But, like it or not, its legal to film them - so suck it up buttercups.

Yep, totally agree.

I'll put this in the same catergory as the arrests of TR and the guy who called Sourface a nazi.

If a citizen steps out of line and the eye of Mordour shines upon them, the police will descend and start digging or monitor you closely until you make some minor mistake or they catch you out on some vaguely defined law.
