**This property is being sold on behalf of a corporate client. It is marketed subject to obtaining the grant of probate and must remain on the market until contracts are exchanged. As part of a deceased estate it may not be possible to provide answers to the standard property questionnaire. Please refer to the agent before viewing if you feel this may affect your buying decision.**

Castlevania

Bank repo would be my guess. The property questionnaire deals with stuff like whether it’s ever suffered from subsidence, which seeing as the owner is dead, can’t necessarily be answered.

No, it is odd.

Probate is related to a person dying.

A company with a charge has not sayso until probates clears and they get to claim their share.

Don't think it's a reposession as there are no UNTESTED stickers on the white goods which is against the law to not display.

I would say it's probably one of those "quick sale" outfits that ripped off the old biddy, now s/he has karked it and they have found something untoward about it and need to shift quickly as a distressed sale.

Be funny if whilst they thought they were `ripping her off` she was selling them a Lemon!...and then went to the grave with a smile on her face :-) :-) :-)
